Surajpur Bird Park - April 2016

Today I visited Surajpur Bird Park near Greater Noida, UP, India. It is slowly emerging as birding destination, it's a place of worth for a day if you are near NCR, Delhi. Even in the month of April, quite a number of birds, both migratory and residents, are seen. It is just 10 minutes away from Parichak of Greater Noida with 110+ acre of wetland.

Today I got noticed grey heron (one), purple moorhen (four), black neck stork (three), black winged stilt, common cormorant, yellow wagtail (one) and white wagtail, beside grass bird, Indian parakeet, magpie robin, green bee eater, grey pigeon, cuckoo etc. Here are few images:
